Integrated User App available on Google Play and App Store. Conceived as a real “virtual garage”, it allows to pair and register more products of the Ducati Urban e-Mobility line. The User App makes it possible to constantly monitor the vehicle’s main performances and location, while also giving access to real-time support via chat.

The scooter is equipped with a 350W brushless motor and 36V, 12.5Ah 450 Wh battery, which allows to cover up to 40–45 km with a full charge and at an average speed of 15 km/h (the actual values vary depending on the weight of the rider, the road conditions, the outdoor temperature, etc.). You can monitor the battery level with a quick glance at the display panel.

The 10″ off-road wheels make it ideal for use in the city centre, thanks to the deeper grooves of the tires, which ensure better stability and adherence on any kind of surface, even where there are bumpy stretches of road, tram tracks and cobblestones.

The wide footboard combines a unique design and functionality. It guarantees enhanced user’s comfort and stability and has enough space to ride with both feet side by side. The anti-slip grip material provides maximum foot adhesion to the vehicle increasing for a safer ride.
